As with audio, the tool can only give you what the original upload offers: if a video was posted in a lower resolution, that is the ceiling, and 720p simply avoids adding any loss of its own.

What you can convert

YTMP3 handles standard YouTube videos up to 90 minutes long for MP4, which covers the vast majority of clips, music videos, and shorter shows.
