By using YTMP3 you accept the terms below. They are short on purpose. The whole idea comes down to one line: use the converter sensibly, and only on content you have the right to save.

Permitted use

YTMP3 is for personal use. Convert videos you made, videos that are openly free to share, or anything you have permission to download. Do not use it to infringe copyright. What you do with a file once you have it is your responsibility, not ours.

Not permitted

• Scripting the converter or running it in bulk.
• Working around the length caps, rate limits, or any protection on the service.
• Anything that breaks the law where you live, or YouTube's own terms.

Provided as is

The service comes with no guarantees. YouTube shifts constantly, so now and then a given video will not convert, or the site will be down for a bit. We do not promise every video works or that YTMP3 is always reachable.

Limits of liability

So far as the law permits, YTMP3 is not responsible for any loss that follows from using the service or from the files you produce with it. You use it at your own risk and judgement.
